One of the advanced offerings in our tradition, Rounding is industrial strength stress release. The 20 minutes twice a day of our standard practice is designed to reduce stress from your nervous system faster than you take it on -- at a smooth, manageable pace. When we Round -- a technique that includes yoga, breathing, and meditation -- we remove stress at a much higher rate than our two daily meditations.
